At Silver Light Seniors Association, we offer a wide range of activities designed to foster social connections, improve physical health, and provide educational opportunities for seniors. Our events and programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of our members, creating a supportive environment where they can thrive.
Ongoing Activities
- Ballroom Dance Classes: Join us every week for fun and energetic dance lessons. All levels are welcome.
- Health and Wellness Seminars: Stay informed on important health topics with our monthly seminars, covering everything from nutrition to exercise for seniors.
- Craft and Hobby Classes: Engage your creative side with a variety of art and craft classes for seniors.
Special Events
- Annual Spring Festival: Celebrate the season with music, food, and performances! Join us for a day of fun and community spirit.
- Health Fair and Flu Shot Clinic: A free health event offering flu shots, blood pressure checks, and health education.
- March 2025 – Wellness Walk: Get moving and join us for a community walk to promote physical activity and well-being. RSVP here.
- April 2025 – Seniors Social Dance: Enjoy an evening of music, dance, and socializing with friends at our monthly dance event.
